We are excited to reopen on 17th May with hotel, golf, spa days, and spa breaks returning.

Dining will be available both inside our restaurants and outdoors on our covered and heated terraces with new menus and dining spaces to enjoy.

We have everything in place for a safe and relaxing visit.

Important Information to read before your visit

Please read the following sections below to understand how our enhanced strict hygiene protocols, measures in place and current restrictions throughout our resort, adhering to Government guidelines.

 

  • Enhanced hygiene measures in our Hotel

    • We have introduced strict hygiene protocols with enhanced cleaning measures in place – 10 step cleaning programme
    • Key cards are sanitised prior to visitor contact
    • We will display room cleaning information in each room, detailing when the room was prepared for your visit
    • We have placed toilet seat seals in all of our bathrooms to demonstrate the cleanliness of WC facilities in your room
    • We are using bacteria defence sprays on door handles and surfaces in communal areas
    • We are using a sanitation solution in hotel rooms following check-out to remove germs, bacteria and viruses
    • Robes and slippers, where provided, are in sealed bags
    • All of our towels, robes and cloths are washed at a temperature of over 60 °C to kill off viruses
    • Tea and coffee facilities have been modified to adhere to our strict sanitation measures
    • Our rooms are sealed to prohibit entry after a room has been cleaned and sanitised
    • Following updated Government Guidelines, any guests arriving at the hotel will be required to wear a face-mask in all public area. Please could we ask you to bring a face mask with you to use for the duration of your stay
    • At present some soft furnishings in our rooms have been removed to ensure that we can maintain high levels of hygiene and sanitisation
    • Due to COVID and the health and safety of our guests and team, we are unable to carry out our regular housekeeping service during your stay. We have taken into account the length of our guest visits and have supplied our hotel rooms accordingly. Additional clean towel and tea/coffee replenishment can be requested by calling Reception
    • All of our staff on-site are undergoing daily temperature checks
      May we take this opportunity to remind you that it is a requirement by the UK Government that you strictly adhere to social distancing and the rule of six. Further, we request that guests refrain from entering other guest rooms.

  • Enhanced hygiene measures in communal areas

    • Communal areas are deep cleaned and sanitised every 24 hours on top of our regular sanitation throughout the day
    • Hand sanitisers are positioned outside all doors, restaurants, bars, hotel corridors and lift
    • All doors will be kept open, where possible, including fire doors with additional door guards linking to our fire system
    • Hand towels and disposable paper towels will be available in our toilets. We have prohibited use of our hand dryers
    • Following updated Government Guidelines, any guests arriving at the hotel will be required to wear a face-mask in all public areas of the resort. Please could we ask you to bring a face mask with you to use for the duration of your stay
    • At the current time we are unable to offer to look after luggage prior to check-in
    • All of our staff on-site are undergoing daily temperature checks
  • Hotel Guest Dining

      • Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Dinner are being served in the Lakes Restaurant
      • Bookings can be made online for our restaurants with both indoor and heated outdoor dining spaces on offer
      • Our peak time for breakfast is between 09:30 am and 10:30 am. You may experience up to a 45-minute wait during these times. Our quieter time for breakfast is between 07:30 am and 08:30 am.
      • Our Room Service Menu is available 24-hours a day
  • Enhanced hygiene measures in our restaurants and bars

    • Advanced booking is available for restaurant visitors, with the exception of the Sports Bar
    • Condiments are sanitised following each guest diner’s departure
    • Menus are destroyed after each use
    • Guests will be allocated a table and receive table service
    • Face masks will be worn by our team
    • All of our staff on-site are undergoing daily temperature checks
    • Personal Protective Equipment will be used as required
    • Our chefs are socially distancing whilst preparing your food
    • We are continuing room service for those who prefer in-room dining

    • We have reconfigured our hotel to adhere to social distancing guidelines
    • We are displaying social distancing measures on floor stickers, tables, equipment and in queuing areas
    • Our reception queuing areas are marked with floor stickers to help our guests maintain social distancing
    • We have equipped the resort with sanitiser stations for visitors to use including those at reception for use at check-in and check-out prior to approaching the reception desk

    From the 17th May, our Steam Room and Sanarium will be open for use. Relevant procedures for use are in place and will be on display.

    All of our Spa experiences and treatments are covered by our COVID Promise until 31st March 2022.

    • Temperature checks are in operation at Peake Spa reception and will be taken prior to entering the spa area
    • All of our staff on-site are undergoing daily temperature checks
    • On arrival at the resort, visitors are required to wear a face mask in all public areas
    • For Hotel guests, please view our Pool Policy prior to arrival for full details on spa access, children’s swimming times and our lounger policy to ensure you understand the conditions of use.We are currently restricting pool access to children under the age of 16 years old at all times. Children are permitted to use the pool at weekends between 7:30 am and 9:00 am, swimming slots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis

     

    Thermal Rooms

    Our recently refurbished Thermal Rooms reopen on 17th Mau, restrictions and special measures will be in place and are detailed below:

    Single household usage at any one time with a maximum of 4 people from 1 household per session.

    Timers are placed outside each cabin to indicate the time left if the cabin is occupied.

    If cabins are occupied guests can use the seating area provided outside each cabin.

    Antibacterial sanitising wipes will be available outside each cabin for guests to sanitise seats before and after use.

    The Thermal Rooms will be deep cleaned 3 times a day, on opening, 12:30 pm (during which time the Thermal Rooms will be closed) and at closing time.
    Guests are encouraged to sit on a towel when using the Sanarium cabin.

  • Pool Policy

    • For Hotel guests, please view our Pool Policy prior to arrival for full details on spa access, children’s swimming times and our lounger policy to ensure you understand the conditions of use.
  • Playing Golf

    Our golf course reopened on 29th March, adhering to government guidelines.

    Our bars and restaurants reopen on 17th May. In the meantime, outdoor dining is available for afternoon tea and in our covered and heated Sports Bar in line with Government guidelines. I

    A Track and Trace system in operation for all guests and visitors dining, drinking and socialising at the resort. Instructions are supplied on every table

    Outdoor dining

    Al fresco dining is available on any of our terraces, enjoying the beautiful view. We have introduced a cosy, sheltered and heated area for drinking and dining.

    Sports Bar
    We are open 7 days a week from 7 am until 11 pm, with food served until 9 pm.

    We will offering table service. Bar service will be unavailable at this time
    Online menus are available via a QR code reader on your phone. Paper copies are also available upon request.
    Advanced booking is not required.

    The Lakes Restaurant
    Will be serving a la carte cuisine, 7 days a week from 6 pm to 9 pm from 17th May onwards.
    Advanced booking is not required, but is recommended.

    The Gallery

    Afternoon Tea
    Is served from 12 pm to 5 pm. Afternoon tea will be available al fresco from 12th April and inside the Lakes Restaurant from 17th May. View our afternoon team menu here.

    Brunch
    Brunch will be served in the Lakes Restaurant at weekends from 11am to 3pm. Take a look at our brunch menu here.
