What time is check-in & check-out?

Hotel check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is before 11:00am.

What is your cancellation policy?

Best Flexible Rate

This flexible rate gives you the option to cancel or change your booking up to 12 noon on the day prior to your arrival day. This includes an overnight stay, full English breakfast and use of our poolside facilities. Cancellation must be given in writing.

Advance Purchase Rate

Enjoy 10% off our Best Flexible Rate. Our Advance Purchase Rate includes an overnight stay, full English breakfast and use of our poolside facilities. This rate is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I use the poolside facilities during my stay?

During your break, you can enjoy complimentary access to our 18-metre indoor pool and poolside facilities. To use the pool and poolside facilities between 10am & 6pm, you can book a free 2-hour poolside session. Your session includes a lounger, robe and towels and must be booked in advance of your stay. No booking is required outside of these times. Your 2-hour session can be booked online at checkout, or by calling our Reservations team on 01206 262836.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are welcome to stay at SbN Resort. Please note that we offer restricted children’s swimming times in our pool.  Please view our Pool Policy for more information.

Do you offer room service?

Fancy a bite to eat without leaving your room? Our room service menu is available daily from 12 noon to 9pm.

Is smoking permitted?

In accordance with the Government Legislation introduced on the 1st July 2007, smoking is only permitted outside the Hotel in our designated Smoking Shelter. Smoking in any room will incur to the guest a deep cleaning charge of £150.00. Please note that this policy also applies to the use of e-cigarettes.
