The team at Stoke by Nayland Resort are seeking enthusiastic and passionate people to join their food and beverage team.
Job responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service
- Hosting
- Developing and maintaining standards
- Driving sales through product knowledge and recommendation
- Identifying the needs of their guests
- Maximising sales opportunities where possible
- Enhancing guests’ experience through exceeding expectations every time
- Cash handling, order processing, and room billing
- Understanding and maintaining excellent health & safety within your work area
Qualifications or desired skills:
- A good work ethic
- A friendly demeanour
- Well-presented
- A willingness to learn
- Flexible in working in our many different food and beverage departments
- A good understanding of a busy restaurant operation
- Able to maintain service standards whilst working at a fast pace
- A positive outlook and a natural interest in food and beverage
