Chef de Partie

Stoke by Nayland Resort is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its team of talented chefs. We have a growing number of dining outlets, including; the Lakes a la carte restaurant, the Orchard Bar & Lounge, the Sports Bar, and our Peake bistro, as well as also being a ‘go-to’ destination for weddings and events.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

• Demonstrate a desire to deliver fantastic food every time
• A passion for fresh ingredients and flavours
• A willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player with excellent communication skills. We want a chef that wants to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
• Be punctual and respectful – you’re not precious – we leave our egos at the door and we all help to get jobs done
• You’ll be an established Chef de Partie, or a talented demi chef de partie looking to take a step up, but be capable of running a section with a willingness to learn from experienced chefs
• Working alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills

Stoke by Nayland Resort is part of the family-owned Boxford Group, which has been established for over 80 years. Due to our location, nestled in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), having your own transport is essential.
