At Stoke by Nayland Resort, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our growing culinary team across our exciting range of dining outlets and events.
From our Lakes à la carte restaurant and Orchard Bar & Lounge to weddings, events, sports dining and the Peake Bistro, no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants to develop their skills, work with quality ingredients and be part of a fast-growing resort.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your own kitchen section confidently and efficiently
- Supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes
- Assisting with the development of new menu ideas and seasonal dishes
- Maintaining excellent food standards, consistency and presentation
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed at all times
- Working collaboratively as part of a hardworking and supportive kitchen brigade
- Helping deliver exceptional dining experiences across the Resort’s restaurants, bars and events operations
What we’re looking for:
- An established Chef de Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- A genuine passion for fresh ingredients and quality food
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive team player with excellent communication skills
- Someone reliable, punctual and willing to support the wider team when needed
- A chef who is eager to learn, develop and contribute creatively
- Previous experience in a busy hotel
