Sales Administrator (Apprentice)

Work with the Sales team to assist in administrative duties, to include but not limited to:

• Assisting the Sales team to achieve sales for the resort based on targets and KPIs
• Be one of the first points of contact for all golf break reservations
• Following up on all enquiries within the correct timeframe to maximise sales opportunities
• Assisting with weekly and monthly golf break reporting
• Creating and updating Function Sheets based on business and client needs, as and when required
• Completing all arrival checks and final payment requests for golf breaks within a timely manner
• Assisting with venue viewings, as and when required 
• Carrying out post-event feedback calls for possible rebooking

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
• An eye for detail and keen organisational skills
• The ability to take direction and a willingness to learn from the team
• An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills
• GCSEs in English and Maths, Grade C/4 or above
