Sports Bar Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team in the Sports Bar on a full-time basis.
Working as part of the Food & Beverage Team in our Sports Bar, the successful candidate will have previous experience supervising and/or managing a team in a busy Club, Resort or Hotel. This is a hands-on role and will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in learning new skills and developing their career.
Job responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service
- Hosting
- Developing and maintaining exceptional standards
- Driving sales through product knowledge, upselling and recommendation
- Identifying the needs of their guests
- Maximising sales opportunities where possible
- Enhancing the guests' experience through exceeding expectations every time
- Cash handling, order processing and room billing
- Understanding and maintaining excellent health & safety within your work area
