Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift voucher experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online. To redeem your voucher, please call our Reservations Team on 01206 262836 or email reservations@stokebynayland.com.

Children under 16 are not permitted to visit Peake Spa for spa experiences, including Spa Treatments, Spa Days or Spa Breaks.

If you have purchased a postal voucher, your gift voucher and gifting brochure will be posted to the recipient in an SbN-branded envelope. Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch of your voucher.
