Buggy Hire

There are two ways to book a buggy, either in advance by phone or email, or on the day when you arrive at Stoke by Nayland Resort.

The Golf Shop will be your first point of call for your Golf Day or Golf Break at SbN. Here you’ll be greeted by our golf experts who will help you with all your golfing needs and organise your buggy hire.

We strongly recommend pre-booking, due to demand, to avoid disappointment. Payment would be required at time of booking, or at the date your balance payment is due, whichever comes first. The Golf Shop can be contacted directly on 01206 265812 or 265823. Pre-booked buggies must be paid for at the time of booking.

All prepay rates must be paid at least 48 hours in advance.

For group bookings – payment must be received in line with agreed payment policy – i.e. 8 weeks prior for breaks and in line with the agreed payment terms for golf days (this varies from 7 days prior to pay on the day to payment on account).

Advance purchase rate bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Bookings cannot be amended even if they are by payment on account. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Saving applies to buggy rate only. The only exception is when the golf course is closed due to weather conditions.

Please note: buggies are not permitted to be driven in the car park.
