Two-Night New Year’s Eve Break
Ring in 2027 in style with a two-night New Year's getaway, arriving 31st December.
Included in your break are tickets to our spectacular New Year’s Eve Gala Ball, featuring champagne and canapés on arrival, a sumptuous four-course dinner, live entertainment from It’s Fete Function Band, plus a bagpiper and fireworks* at midnight.

Sample New Year’s Break Itinerary
New Year’s Eve, 31st December
From 3:00pm: Arrive for check-in and begin your New Year celebrations. Enjoy a glass of prosecco or tea and coffee in the Orchard Lounge, with live singer entertainment setting the scene for the evening ahead
7:00pm: It’s party time! Arrive in the Constable Rooms where you’ll be welcomed with champagne and canapés
7:45pm: Your sumptuous four-course dinner is served in the Devora Suite, followed by dancing and live entertainment from It’s Fete Function Band
12:00am: Raise a glass and welcome in 2027 with a traditional bagpiper and spectacular fireworks display (weather permitting)
New Year’s Day, 1st January
7:30am – 10:30am: Enjoy a delicious breakfast in The Lakes Restaurant
From 6:00pm: Your three-course New Year’s Day dinner is served
2nd January
7:30am – 10:30am: Wrap up your New Year’s Break with a tasty breakfast before departure
Menus
Pool access & opening hours
During your break, you can enjoy complimentary access to our 18-metre indoor pool and poolside facilities. To use the pool and poolside facilities between 10am & 6pm, you can book a free 2-hour poolside session. Your session includes a lounger, robe and towels and must be booked in advance of your stay. No booking is required outside of these times. Your 2-hour session can be booked online at checkout, or by calling our Reservations team on 01206 262836.
