Our SbN Community Discount Card is available to local residents, who can enjoy exclusive discounts on spa, dining, drinks, stays and more – and the best part? It’s completely free!
A percentage of income from the SbN Community Discount Card is donated to local community projects annually. You can read all about it in our monthly community e-newsletter.
Please note: If you are already a leisure or golf club member, you do not need to apply. You receive preferential rates and discounts at the resort as part of your membership.

General terms of use
- Multiple cards can be registered per household
- Registration of the card confirms your consent to be a part of the SbN Community Discount Card on an opt-in basis. In order for the cardholder to receive news, offers, discounts and monthly marketing communications, opt-in consent is required at registration.
- Once you have achieved registration approval by meeting the address requirements for the above areas, the card will be sent to the cardholder’s address
- No card activation is required. The SbN Community Discount Card can be used straight away
How to use your card
At the Resort:
We will scan your card as you pay and your discount will be applied.
Online:
Simply follow the instructions online at www.stokebynayland.com/community
When you are prompted to log in, please enter the password featured on your registration letter.
Please note: Your card is required to be shown when redeeming offers.
Donations to local community projects
As a family business that has been established in the area for over 80 years, it is important to us that Stoke by Nayland Resort (SbN) helps support the local community.
Through the SbN Community Discount Card scheme, local communities will not only benefit from exclusive discounts and offers at SbN Resort, but also from donations from SbN to local community projects. These will be calculated as a percentage of income generated from purchases using the SbN Community Discount Card scheme.
SbN will donate to local community projects annually. Details of this will be featured in our e-newsletter communications and local newsletters.
