Terms and conditions
- The cardholder will receive an email invitation for a free dinner/afternoon tea in advance of the birthday
- The free cardholder birthday dinner or afternoon tea is valid for 7 days before the cardholder’s birthday and 7 days after the cardholder’s birthday
- To receive the invitation, the cardholder must have entered their birthday and opted in to receive marketing communications from the SbN Community Discount Card
- The offer is valid for dinner or afternoon tea in The Lakes Restaurant
- The free cardholder birthday dinner applies when the cardholder dines with 3 other people and all order a minimum of 2 courses each. The cardholder’s 2 or 3-course meal will be free
- The free cardholder afternoon tea applies when the cardholder dines with 3 other people
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers and is subject to availability
