Simone
Wedding and Events Team Leader
Simone is our fabulous Wedding & Events Team Leader here at Stoke by Nayland Resort, and she, along with her team, is on hand to guide you with ideas, support, and enthusiasm through every step of your wedding journey. Having started out as a waitress, Simone quickly realised that she had a talent and passion for wedding planning, and has now been working in the wedding industry for over ten years!
Renowned for her friendly, caring, and passionate personality, Simone’s experience has seen her lead a diverse range of weddings and events and has helped make each and every one unique and personal. Having recently got married herself, Simone knows all too well how overwhelming the wedding planning process can be. In her spare time, she loves gardening and her beautiful homegrown flowers even made a special appearance in her wedding bouquet.
Her genuine passion for the job and many years of experience in the industry means your special day at SbN Resort is in very safe hands.
Melanie
Wedding and Events Coordinator
An integral member of our Wedding & Events Team, you can count on Melanie to help you navigate your wedding planning process. Full of wonderful ideas to make your day extra special, Mell really does go above and beyond for her couples and she will take great care of you on your big day.
Mell’s background and experience in the Food and Beverage industry make it effortless for her to communicate the exceptional dining options available at our events, with the skills to talk through special details for events cuisine.
A dab hand with a sewing machine, Mell loves creating homemade clothes and is often seen with a sewing kit in hand to rescue wedding guests with an urgent repair or two!
Mell truly goes above and beyond to add special details that her couples will remember for a lifetime. She’s a great asset to the Wedding & Events Team.
Victoria
Wedding and Events Sales Executive
Victoria joined the SbN Weddings team last year and has very quickly become an invaluable asset to our team. Her friendly and approachable manner, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of events management puts couples at ease while they are busy planning their wedding day.
With a Master’s Degree in Events Management and over six years of experience in hospitality, you can be sure that you are in very capable hands with Victoria.
Victoria has just helped her sister plan her own wedding day, so she understands first-hand just how important it is to have someone there for you along the way, to help make your special day perfect. Her passion for creating unforgettable experiences makes her an instrumental part of the team.
