Full payment is required at the time of booking. This event is non-refundable and non-transferable. This price is based on 'ticket only'.

Cancellation

Notification of cancellation is required in writing to sales@stokebynayland.com in order to cancel your booking with us. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No Shows

In the event of no-shows or cancellations for any dining guest, no refunds will be made by the hotel.

Pre-Ordering and Seating Plan

Please complete your menu pre-order form, stating any dietary requirements or allergies. Pre-orders must be completed through our online system Creventa. Any amendments must be made no later than 4 weeks before your selected date, and changes made after this date cannot be guaranteed.

Requests cannot be guaranteed for the location of your tables within the dining area. If you are a group/couple of under 8 in total, please be advised that you will be seated at a table with other guests. If you are a group of 8+ then you are guaranteed your own table. Maximum capacity of a table is 12 guests.

All individual guest choices for the meal must be chosen and submitted to sales@stokebynayland.com no later than 4 weeks before your selected date. Failure to submit by this date will result in the chef’s choice on the night.

Loss or Damage

We can take no responsibility for the loss of personal belongings on the premises. In the event of damage being caused by any member of the party’s group, Stoke by Nayland Resort has the right to obtain payment in full for the damage from the group.
